Service Description
Wednesday, November 18th, 5-7:30 PM Bearfoot Botanicals Herb Shop, Hood River, OR Spend a cozy evening in the apothecary getting to know herbs and strategies that support the nervous system. We will talk about remedies that may be used in times of stress, to build resilience, get a restful night of sleep, and bring more ease to ease anxious or low times. We will also talk about burnout - a huge topic that comes up in the world these days. Some additional topics we will cover: ~Safety and contraindications ~Different preparations / How to make ~Plant identification and gardening tips ~Wildcrafting - ethics and good practices ~Q & A ~More! Make a tea blend to take home, incorporating herbs that you would like based on the content of the class and your personal preferences. We will go over blending techniques to make a great tasting, enjoyable tea. All supplies are included in registration fee, as well as handouts, tea, and light snacks. Please pre-register. Space is limited to 10 people. There will be a 10% discount on all Bearfoot Botanicals brand products and bulk herbs at the workshop.

All registration fees are non-refundable. Thank you for understanding. You may transfer your space to another person at no cost. If you are unable to attend, and contact me within 2 weeks of the class, I will issue a credit for a future offering, minus a $15 re-booking fee. Please do not attend class if you are sick. I will do my best to be understanding and work with people in unexpected circumstances. In the event of illness or an emergency, please contact me via email as soon as possible before the beginning of class to discuss a credit. If the class is canceled by the instructor, you will be given an option to reschedule for a future class, receive a shop credit, or receive a refund. Please allow up to 2 weeks for refund to be processed.
