Service Description

Sunday, June 14th, 2026 10AM - 4PM Women have used herbs to support our cycles and overall well-being for millennia. We have evolved alongside the plants, and they have so much to offer us at all stages. We will begin with an opening circle, then embark on a plant walk, getting to know the plants up close and personal while learning about their virtues and applications. This day will take place on beautiful land along the White Salmon River, where I have been tending the gardens for the past 5 years, with a wide variety of medicinal herbs, as well as some forest with many native plants. The walk will be mostly flat. After learning about the plants we will work with, you'll get to harvest some herbs and be guided in making a tincture and a tea blend to take home and incorporate into your daily rhythm. Some of the topics we will cover: ~Menstruation support ~PMS symptoms ~Pregnancy and Postpartum ~Peri-menopause and Menopause ~Cramps ~Nourishment ~Sleep ~Skin Health ~Digestion & Liver support ~Emotional support for all stages and cycles ~Nervous System support ~Thyroid ~Breast health ~Pain relief ~Types of preparations and when to use ~Medicine-making ~Safety and Contraindications ~Ethical harvesting/wild crafting ~Gardening tips - growing your own herbs ~Q & A ~So much more! All materials are included in the registration fee, as well as a lovely, locally sourced lunch full of nourishing herbs. Please note any food allergies or sensitivities when registering. There will be plenty of hot herbal tea and cold herbal beverages if it's a warm day. Babes in arms are welcome. Interested tweens/teens are welcome with an adult, or prior conversation if not. All genders are welcome to attend, you do not need to identify as a woman to join. Partners, non-binary folks, all adults are welcome. Camping on site is available for those coming from further away.
